What is your cancellation policy? 

We require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged a 100% fee to the credit card with which they were held.

If I have a special event coming up, how far ahead should I get waxed?

We’re all about you looking like a Queen Bee, and glad you are, too! We recommend two to seven days prior to special events.

What if I'm taking any medications?

Taking antibiotics or topical medications, including Differin, Accutane, Retin-A, Prednisone, or Corticosteroids, may make skin more sensitive and prone to lifting. Please consult with your doctor or the BrowHive Bee before waxing if any of your current medications will impact your wax. If you have previously taken Accutane or a similar medication, please wait a full year before waxing. If you are currently taking retinoids, please do not apply retinoids at least five-seven days prior to your appointment, or just request tweezing only.

How can I prepare for my spray tan?

Before your tan exfoliate/shave prior. No lotions, deodorant, or body oils the day of your appointment. Rinse off all makeup prior. Bring loose fitting and dark clothing to wear home. After your tan: Wait 8-12 hours before showering or heavy sweating. Staying moisturized and staying out of chlorine helps prolong results. Tan should last 7-10 days Honey.

Do you trim the eyebrows?

Yes, of course! We always trim during each brow shaping, unless requested otherwise.

How long does brow tinting last?

Tinting will gradually fade over four to six weeks. 

How often do I need to get my brows done?

It’s a personal preference, but our customers usually wax every three to five weeks. We recommend not tweezing between appointments! This ensures better brow-shaping and longer-lasting results!  

How can I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule your appointment, click on the link in either your confirmation email or text message. From there, you can view your appointment, reschedule, or cancel.

Can I pay with the credit card I used to book my appointment?

The credit card number entered to book your appointment is to hold your reservation only. We will charge that card if there is a no-show or same-day cancellation.
